Registrar In-Charge
Rohit Tiwari serves as the Registrar In-Charge of the PHFI Institute of Public Health Sciences (Deemed to be University). He brings extensive experience in university administration, public policy, and institutional development, contributing to the University’s governance, regulatory systems, and academic operations.
He previously served as Deputy Registrar and OSD at IIPH Hyderabad and has also worked with the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) on key institutional development and strategic initiatives. His professional background includes strategic engagements with ISB, IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Sri City, and KREA University during his tenure with the iLabs Group, as well as policy experience at the Ministry of Education, where he worked on the IIIT PPP framework. He also played a foundational role in establishing IIIT Sri City.
Rohit holds degrees in Commerce, Business Administration, and Public Policy, and has completed the General Management Program at IIM Ahmedabad.
